Your well-deserved break
We are a small family run hotel with an organic farm. Our 18 cozy rooms with 33 beds offer you comfort of the highest quality.
We are open from mid-December to the end of March and from mid-May to mid-October.
Our prices for 2021/2022 range from € 73 to € 115 per person per night – depending on the room category and season. You can find the best prices by booking directly via email or the inquiry button.
All rates include half board (breakfast and dinner are). A price reduction of € 10 per person per night is granted for a booking with breakfast only. You can find more information about our cuisine here. In summer, the Kärnten Card and the Bad Kleinkirchheim Sunshine Card are included. In winter, the Bad Kleinkirchheim Sunshine Card is included.
Discounts and Surcharges
We offer a reduced rate for children under 16 years of age who share their parents’ room, and children up to three years old are welcome to stay with us free of charge. We are happy to provide you with a crib.
Children 0–2 years are free
Children 3–5 Jahre € 37,00 per child/night
Children 6–11 Jahre € 44,00 per child/night
Children 11- 15 Jahre € 65,00 per child/night
If a double room is booked as a single room, we charge € 20.00 single room surcharge per night. In the case of a suite € 30 per night. The surcharges refer to the off-season. During the main season, the full room price (double occupancy) will be charged.
All prices are without local tax and tourism tax. A local tax and tourist tax of € 3.30 per person per night is charged for adults, and € 0.70 per child per night for children up to 15 years of age.
Pets are allowed on request. A final cleaning surcharge of € 25.00 will be charged per pet.
Terms and Conditions
Your room will be ready for you by 3:00 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier so you can enjoy the property while your room is being prepared. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 11:00 am. Standard room rates apply in case of late arrival or early departure. Please note that your reservation is valid only once you have received written confirmation.
For early check-in or late check-out, we allow ourselves to charge at least 50% of the normal room rate if availability is available.
Winter vacation and Covid19
Covid19 presents us all with great challenges. Our own health and that of our loved ones is our greatest asset. We got through the Corona summer 2021 quite lightly and remain confident that it will also be possible to travel safely and healthily in winter 2022.
What speaks for a vacation during Corona with us?
We are a small family business with a manageable number of rooms. We offer a lot of space and are surrounded by nature in order to be able to keep distance. We have a lot of tips where you can move undisturbed away from the slopes and enjoy your personal break. Hygiene concept and many disinfection stations are placed throughout the house. We test our staff regularly for Covid19. There is als a Covid19 test center in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can find more information HERE.
A stay at our hotel is currently only possible if you are fully vaccinated or recovered.
Room Facilities
All of our rooms have a balcony and a separate bathroom and toilet. The rooms are spacious. They range between 20 and 45 square meters. All rooms have the same standard in terms of equipment and quality. The materials have been carefully selected and meet the highest quality standards. Without exception, they are custom-made or made-to-measure products by local craftsmen.
Cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the full cost of your stay // of the cost of the first night’s stay. From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the full cost of your stay // of the cost of the first night’s stay. In case of cancellation less than a week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the full cost of your stay.

Information for the summer
Monday is our day off. Our restaurant is closed in the evening. As part of the half board you can have dinner with our neighbors.
